Neuropsychological Assessment Services
What we evaluate for:
Neuropsychological evaluations look for a variety of disabilities that may be psychological, intellectual, or both. They also look for language disorders, neurocognitive disorders, and neurodevelopmental disorders.
Who we evaluate:
We are currently able to provide adult evaluations. We recognize that many concerns that present in childhood go unnoticed and/or undiagnosed. This often leads to individuals having to adapt their functioning leading to increased struggle in specific environments and a lack of life fulfillment. We strive to assist these individuals in identifying their strengths and their needs in order to determine the best course of action in treatment.
What to Expect
Our evaluators will conduct a preliminary interview with each individual to determine need for evaluation. Should an evaluation be deemed appropriate, the plan for assessment administration will be mapped out and scheduled with the evaluator. Clients will receive a quote for the evaluation and necessary steps to obtain referrals for insurance (if required) will be determined.
What is the cost?
Although we do have a standard battery of assessments that are provided for each concern being evaluated, we recognize that not all individuals are the same and therefore, not all assessments are appropriate. As such, upon completion of the initial intake, a quote will be provided to the individual and determination of whether insurance will cover the cost will be made. Most insurances will cover the cost of Neuropsychological evaluation, however we encourage all potential clients to contact their insurance provider for more information. We currently accept Cigna, Aetna, BCBS, United Healthcare, Kaiser, and Medicaid (CCHA region only). We will accept self-pay and offer payment plans if necessary.
