Jill Strong is a Marriage and Family Therapist Candidate, currently working under the supervision of a licensed psychologist. She is expected to complete the required hours for licensure by December 2027.
Jill has experience working with individuals navigating grief, anxiety, depression, gender dysphoria, past abuse, and trauma. She has worked extensively with children (ages 5-18) managing ADHD, autism, behavioral challenges, and adjustment issues related to divorce and custody. Additionally, she supports individuals struggling with suicidal ideation.
Jill also works with couples addressing relationship concerns, including marriage challenges, intimacy issues, infidelity, communication difficulties, and parenting struggles.
Jill integrates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) into her practice.
She works with children (ages 5-18), individuals, couples, and families facing difficulties such as Anxiety & depression, ADHD & behavioral challenges, Grief & trauma, Bipolar disorder, Relationship struggles (including infidelity and intimacy issues), Parenting concerns, and Gender dysphoria.
Jill is passionate about creating a safe, supportive space where clients feel heard and understood. She believes that everyone deserves the opportunity to find healing and contentment through therapy.
