She understands that past experiences shape how individuals view themselves and the world around them, while also believing that meaningful growth and lasting change are possible. Her goal is to provide a safe, supportive environment where clients can build insight, develop coping skills, and discover their own resilience as they move toward more adaptive and fulfilling lives.

Emily's experience is in working with individuals and families facing anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, emotional regulation difficulties, relationship concerns, and family system challenges. She has worked with children in foster care and families involved with child welfare services. She has mainly worked with children and adolescents under the age of 18 and as young as 4. She also has experience co-facilitating an IOP adolescent group.
Education:
-Bachelor’s degree from the University of Colorado Colorado Springs.
-Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the Univeristy of Colorado Colorado Springs.
-Licensed Professional Counseling Candidate Colorado Department of Regulatory Agencies, Colorado.
