As a military spouse, she has a personal understanding and a profound passion for working with military couples and individuals, helping them successfully tackle the unique challenges that come with the military lifestyle.

As the Clinical Lead to the marriage and family therapy department, Carly plays an essential role in fostering a cohesive, supportive environment within the Marriage and Family Therapy department at Mindful Connections Mental Health. She is dedicated to offering daily guidance, encouragement, and clinical support to her team.
Carly ensures that the department continuously evolves by bringing current, evidence-based practices to our clients, keeping the team at the forefront of effective clinical care.
Additionally, in her role as a vital liaison to practice ownership, Carly acts as a bridge between the clinical staff and management. She ensures that employee input is always accurately represented, actively promoting continued collaboration and a positive, thriving workspace for the entire team.
