Kathleen Largent is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who is employed with Mindful Connections Mental Health. Kathleen uses a client-centered and trauma-informed approach. She also uses additional approaches when applicable to include EMDR, DBT, mindfulness, and CBT. 

Kathleen has experience working with adolescents and adults with various stressors and transitions in life. She also has experience working with Active-duty service members and military families. 

In practice, Kathleen believes her role as a therapist is to support clients as they embark on their journey of self-discovery and self-love. She strives to create a safe and collaborative environment where healing and self-exploration can take place.
